The Boheme Bash


What is a Boheme Bash?

A Boheme Bash is my signature event. We supply an array of exquisite decor including: Persian rugs, rustic wood tables, chairs, poofs, pillows, umbrellas, fresh or dried flowers/herbs, candles, fires (where permitted), beautiful sconces and so much more. We decorate with your specific color themes, depending on your preference.

Also included in every event: Rentals, Set Up, Style and Breakdown.

What time do I arrive at my Boheme Bash?

We will have everything take care of! You arrive as your guests arrive. You are welcome to come an hour early if you want to greet the first " early" guests. As for set-up, we will take care of it all! You will surely feel that you have the presence to host your event, vs having to do everything it normally takes to host an event of your own.


Can I make my Boheme Bash a potluck?

Of course, this is the tradition bohemian way! Potlucks have worked out well in the past. We have an organized way of collaborating who brings what. We also will supply take home boxes! 

Please note: There is an additional cost for organization & expediting of potlucks. We provide all utensils, plates, cups. Serving platters available for individual rental.


Where can my Boheme Bash be held ?

Beaches are our favorite! Backyards, Mountain Bluffs, Parks, Rooftops… use your imagination and we'll make your event vision come true!

As long as a truck can drive within a 50 feet of the location, we can go there.

Call us and we would be happy to come and look at your ideal location. Permit information will be discussed at this time.

Please note: Permits  and Additional Fees may apply in any public outdoor venue.

What is the cost of a Boheme Bash ?

The base price of a Boheme Beach Bash is $2500.  We will absolutely customize and work with your vision and budget.

This includes: all of your furniture, decor rentals, planning & coordination of vendors, set-up, styling (place settings, escort cards, candles, basic lighting) breakdown plus professional assistants for set-up, styling and breakdown.

In order to secure your booking we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The full balance of your order must be paid 30 days before your event.

What is not included in the base price?

Food, Drinks, Catering service, lighting installation/firewood, speakers/audio, specialty furniture, custom made favors, invitation creation/RSVP, fire-tending and even craft making stations (fun for kids!).
