Floral / Event Assistant

Calling all eager, willing, creative, bright and energetic people who have a solid work ethic and strong interest to work in the events world. Experience in the industry is a bonus. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and won't stop until we have met our clients' needs.

The Boheme Events Team brings an exceptionally tailored service to our guests. Through event coordination, design and 'soon to be' event tipi rentals, we will together strive to rise the consciousness and expertise in the Event Services Industry with positive minds, detail, style and grace. 

Assistant tasks may include: any and all facets of setting up an event, load in - load out, greeting vendors and guests, assisting with on-site installations, laughing and remembering to take photos and videos for Instagram :).  Desire to learn and be creative - think outside the box to make clients vision even better than they dreamed!

Requirements

  • Able to work long hours - not gonna lie, events are long hours but fun work!
  • Able to lift 30+ lbs
  • Available on Fri-Sat day and evenings.

Office Assistant (Intern)

Office assistant. Various duties may include: photo cataloging, streamlining online presence, posting to social media sites (Buffer), building online presence with photographs of past weddings (Pinterest), organizing and cleaning decor, crafting and creating client decor and favors, updating and organizing client folders etc. Fun, huh?

Requirements

  • Naturally a creative thinker and doer
  • Proficient Mac user - familiar with Mail Chimp and Buffer.
  • Must be proficient in Social Media (Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Able to lift 30+ lbs
  • Flexible daytime hours Weds-Saturday.
